It shall be the Shipper's responsibility to ensure that all information provided and any sailing selection made for booking purpose using the System are correct before submitting them through.
Astro Pacific does not guarantee that the e-system or related networks will be capable of remaining on-line at any time and at all times. In no event shall Astro Pacific be held liable to Shipper for any damages and/or loss suffered in consequence of Shipper being unable to access the System at any time due to failure of the System.
Changing Vessel will be notified by our export customer service officer in separate email.
